This is a game where you create levels, or play premade levels in story mode.
If you make a level or not you can compete with your friend for who can get the most win coins the fastest.
You watch Hat Man, a person who committed so many atrocities in the mortal plane that he made everyone else look like a saint.
The crimes include such atrocities as stealing cake.
Due to these crimes he was the only one put in purgatory, or almost the only one.
With his last breath Hat Man dragged their only confidant, a soon to be angel, down with them.
You make the levels for these two.
The only thing that keeps Hat Man going is his never ending greed for anything shiny.
His confidant keeps traveling hoping that somebody will notice he was put in the wrong place.
Odds are they never will thanks to that cake stealing oil baron.
